SESSIONS DO NOT ROLL OVER

– Full coaching, technique feedback, energy, cues.
– But no extra time outside the session.

– You follow the same main 4–6 week block as the group.
– We modify loads, swaps, regressions, and progressions.

– Trainer engagement
