This 16-week semi-private program is designed for individuals who want to train seriously—but know they’re still developing the skills, habits, and structure required to progress long term.

You’ll train in a coached, structured setting that removes guesswork, reinforces good movement, and establishes the discipline required for sustainable results.

Our program offers a small-group setting, providing individualized attention from our experienced, certified personal trainers. With a maximum of 6 participants per session, you'll receive personalized attention and motivation in a supportive, inclusive environment.
Our trainers work with you to improve your fitness, address your health concerns, and guide you toward your goals. Whether you want to build muscle, lose weight, improve your flexibility, or increase your cardiovascular endurance, our trainers have plans that we can tweak to your desired results.
Our semi-private training program offers the best of both worlds - the personalized attention of one-on-one training and the motivation and support of a group setting. Our flexible scheduling allows you to fit fitness into your busy schedule.
With this option, you can access up to 3 sessions per week. Your sessions must be booked 48 hours in advance. All sessions must be used within the year from purchase or they will expire.

Has less than 1–2 years of consistent training experience
